This Privacy Policy applies to the Speaker Test – Stereo Checker mobile application (the “Application”), created by UV Family (the “Service Provider”) as a Free service. The Application is provided “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require account registration and does not collect personal information such as name, phone number, or address.

However, some information may be collected automatically to improve app performance, ensure stability, measure usage, and serve ads. This may include:

  • Device information (model, OS version, language)
  • App usage data (screens opened, session duration, feature usage)
  • Crash logs and diagnostic data
  • Advertising data (such as ad interaction and device identifiers)
  • Internet Protocol address (IP address)

Microphone Permission (RECORD_AUDIO)

The Application includes optional features such as Microphone Test and Decibel Meter (dB). To use these features, the Application requests the RECORD_AUDIO permission.

  • Microphone audio is processed on-device in real-time.
  • The Application does not upload microphone audio to any server.
  • Any short audio recording for quality check is used only for in-app playback and is not shared externally.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device. These services may use cookies or device identifiers for analytics, crash reporting, and advertising.

Location

The Application does not collect precise location data (GPS). Some third-party services (such as AdMob) may infer approximate location from IP address to deliver relevant ads and for fraud prevention.

Data Sharing

The Service Provider does not sell or rent personal information. Data may be shared with third-party service providers only as needed for:

  • Displaying ads (AdMob)
  • Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
  • Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)
  • Security and fraud prevention

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall process available through your mobile device or app marketplace.

Data Retention

The Service Provider retains automatically collected data only as long as necessary for app functionality, performance monitoring, analytics, and crash diagnostics.

Children’s Privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so necessary actions can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to protecting your information and uses reasonable safeguards. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
